SOMETHING WORTH KNOWING
Insurance vs. Private Pay
Both paths have real benefits. Here is an honest look at the trade-offs so you can decide what works best for your situation.
USING INSURANCE
PRIVATE PAY
COVERAGE & PAYMENT
Insurance & Accessibility
Everything you need to know about insurance, payment, and your financial rights — before your first session.
FINANCIAL ACCESSIBILITY
Sliding Scale - Green Bottle Method
We are committed to making care accessible while sustaining our practice. Our sliding scale uses the Green Bottle Method — a transparent, dignity-based system where you self-select the tier that honestly reflects your current financial situation. Sliding scale is available to self-pay clients experiencing financial hardship, and to those with qualifying professional, military, educational, or service backgrounds. Availability is limited and offered at WCCW's discretion.
ATTENDANCE & CANCELLATION
Attendance Policy
We ask that you give your counselor advance notice when you need to cancel or reschedule. This policy exists out of respect for your clinician's time and for other clients who may need that appointment.
