At Wholistic Care Counseling & Wellness, therapy is a space to slow down, feel understood, and begin making sense of what feels heavy or hard to name. Our approach is wholistic, trauma-informed, and integrative. We look at the full picture—your nervous system, thoughts, emotions, past experiences, relationships, and life context, because healing doesn’t happen in isolation.

We begin with a thoughtful intake session where you can share your story at your own pace. We explore your emotional, relational, physical, nutritional, and family history to understand patterns, trauma responses, and stress cycles; creating a strong foundation for the work ahead.

Together, we build a counseling plan around your goals and pace—nothing cookie-cutter. Therapy may include evidence-informed approaches that support regulation, emotional processing, clarity, and lasting change.
