What is therapy like and how can it help? Counseling differs for each individual depending on need. During your initial intake, we will complete a thorough biopsychosocial assessment inclusive of family history, mental health history, and pertinent medical, nutritional, & physical information. We will then work together on a personalized treatment plan that outlines your goals and expectations for your personal growth throughout therapy. Your counselor will select interventions and tools tailored to suit your needs based on the information gathered during the intake and throughout the therapeutic process.

Wholistic Care Counseling & Wellness is excited to offer Telehealth services via their hipaa compliant platform. Telehealth counseling is similar to face-to-face in that privacy is of the utmost importance, as is, ensuring you receive a safe and thorough session from our qualified providers. Preparing for your telehealth counseling session should include finding a safe, secure space for speaking openly, and checking your technology prior to engaging within the appointment.
